    At My Food Bazar, we are committed to delivering quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process, subject to the conditions below.
  2. Eligibility for Return
    You may request a return if:
    • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
    • You received the wrong product.
    • The product is expired or spoiled (for food items).

Note: Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

    • Opened or partially consumed food items
    • Products damaged due to misuse
    • Items without original packaging or invoice
  2. Return Process

    Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the process.
  3. Refund Policy
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
    • Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
  4. Exchange Policy
    In cases of damaged or wrong products, we can offer a free replacement instead of a refund if you prefer.
  5. Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs will be borne by My Food Bazar only if the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product). In other cases, return shipping charges may apply.
